Exercise equipment warranty and return policy.
Our in-home warranty consists of 90-days on all moving parts and 30 days on labor.
Extended warranties are available, ask your sales representative. Should a problem arise within the warranty period, we will replace all damaged parts as well as help contact a service provider if one is required. Damaged parts must be returned to Midwest Used Fitness. There is a certified technician on staff to help you with any issues that arise after the warranty period, and we are more than happy to help you out at anytime.
We are proud to supply our customers with the very best reconditioned fitness equipment at the lowest possible prices. If you are purchasing reconditioned equipment, please note that even though we bring our equipment up to the highest possible standards during our reconditioning process, it is not new equipment and may have minor cosmetic flaws.If a customer elects to return a product that qualifies for our 45-day trial offer, the customer must call us and receive an return number before shipping the unit back. To qualify for our "trial offer," the customer must try unit for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 45 days to qualify for return.
Product must be in perfect working "like new" condition and shipped back in its original shipping carton and packing materials or it will not be accepted. Customer will make return shipping arrangements and cover the cost of shipping and insurance.
We can not accept any returns that have not been assigned an RA # prior to shipment. Upon satisfactory completion of these terms, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the actual cost of original shipping, within approximately 10-14 business days.
All treadmills require a 110V/20amp outlet for use. If one is not installed, Midwest Used Fitness Equipment is not responsible for any damages done to the unit or any of its parts.
CANCELLATIONS and SHIPMENT REFUSAL: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If order is cancelled after shipment you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the purchase will be responsible for all transportation costs. Please make every effort to contact us to discuss any shipment changes.
Customers will be charged for a return delivery fee if no one is available. If the Common Carrier is unable to reach you to arrange delivery; you may be liable for storage fees until you can respond. Failure to return the call from the Common Carrier freight company will result in expensive delays, which Midwest Used Fitness Equipment will not be responsible for. Advise any members of your family or persons in your household to expect a pre-call prior to delivery from the freight/common carrier.
DAMAGES: Midwest Used Fitness Equipment will do everything possible to assist you. If the product needs to be returned to us, it must be in the same condition received including the packing material. If it is not in the same condition, you may be charged for additional services to restore it to original condition.
